The members of executive board agreed about the meeting which will be held on 13^th June 2014 positively.

There shall be only two general meetings per semester. At the beginning and at the end of the semester. Emergency meetings will be conducted if any. Regular membership:

A member is required to fill a form in order to be an active member, which costs Tsh 5,000/=. And the membership will be valid for only one year.The forms will be available only on the first month of evey academic year.

Probationary membership: The procedure will be the same with regular membership but here a member will have to pay only 8,000/= per year

Associative membership: A member shall pay a minimum of 10,000/= after every three years.
